These pages are intended to answer questions about how we make technology "work" at McAuliffe. There is some administrative information here about how the TSG works and interacts with teachers, instructional assistants, and aiding parents. The bulk of the information is technical: how are computers, printers, and other technology-related things at McAuliffe supposed to work. It is intended for a technical audience - either someone on the McAuliffe TSG, a classroom "computer parent", or other person who is responsible for setting up computers. It is not, however, intended to be a comprehensive trouble-shooting guide.
